Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson ‘burning off’ all 104 of his tattoos

Pete Davidson is in the process of getting rid of more than 100 tattoos – and it’s all for a film role.

The 27-year-old comedian, actor, writer and producer is working on The King Of Staten Island.

But because of his incredible body art, he needs to spend up to four hours a day in makeup getting them all covered up.

So, according to Aisle Seat film critic Mike McGranahan, he is taking drastic action.

The Saturday Night Live star – who was previously engaged to Ariana Grande – is making a huge change to his body by “burning them off” to save the hours it takes sitting in the chair each morning.

The critic wrote: “Just attended a virtual Q&A with the Judd Apatow and the cast of THE KING OF STATEN ISLAND,’

“And here’s a scoop: Pete Davidson is in the process of getting all his tattoos removed!”

His tweet included a screen-grab with cast members.

One Twitter user wrote back to him: “That’s not serious is it? Why?”

But he responded: “No, it’s real. He even showed his hand, which is already done. He said it takes 3-4 hours in the makeup chair to cover them, so he figured it would be easier to get them burned off..”

So he is getting the body art “burned off”

In a telling 2019 interview with Inked magazine, the star opened up about his reason for getting tattooed almost monthly.

“It’s just a release… When I’m so manic and upset, sometimes that’s the only thing that will work for me,” he said.

His body art include Hillary Clinton’s face, a huge shark and a stunning image of Verrazano-Narrows Bridge.

Pete’s fans have already taken to social media to bed him to hold off from have them removed.

“No. someone stop him,” tweeted one fan.

Another fan responded, “I won’t stand for this.”
