How to eliminate doubts? How can you be sure that what you are doing – or decided to do – is what is best for you?

Here are some very useful tips that will help you feel more confident and doubt less:

• Don’t think so much, feel. It may sound contradictory, but overthinking or what I call “overthinking” is precisely what creates confusion. The more you analyze something and try to make it more logical, the less it will have it. The angels have taught me that instead of pressing your mind to give you the answer you are looking for, stop what you are doing, close your eyes, breathe deeply and slowly several times and ask yourself: What do I feel is the most convenient for this situation? Pay attention to the first impression you get and don’t question it. With much confidence I can tell you that most of the answer, if not all, will be in it.
• Especially in times when doubt is attacking you strongly or you need to make an important decision, ask for the special help of the Holy Spirit. He is the one who gives the clarity, wisdom and discernment necessary to know what to do and how to do it.
• In addition to the Holy Spirit, these archangels can be of great help in times of doubt: archangel michael (helps you overcome fears); the archangel uriel (gives you mental clarity and gives you ideas); and the archangel Jeremiel, who can help you feel more clear about the best future for you and the one that best fits the Divine Plan that God has for your life.

Remember: doubt is created by the mind. You create the doubt, therefore, you also have the power to eliminate it. Trust in God, in the angels and in the guidance they send you, and, above all, be obedient after having received that guidance, because only in this way will you see obvious changes in your life experience.
