Pregnant Karlie Kloss and husband Josh Kushner splash $23.5 million on mansion in Miami

Pregnant Karlie Kloss and her husband Joshua Kushner have splashed $23.5 million on a Miami mansion as they gear up to start their family.

The couple purchased the waterfront property, located on prestigious North Bay Road in Miami Beach, from restaurant and hotel entrepreneur Keith Menin in late August.

The sale has now been finalized, according to a report in Page Six on Wednesday.

The Kloss-Kushner’s are expecting their first child next spring, and they may already be set on expanding their brood if the size of their new home is any indication.

The two-story 14,212-square-foot home boasts eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, as well as a ‘summer kitchen’, a wine cellar and a private gym.

The couple could also be planning on spending more time with their extended family, given that the home is just minutes from a plot of land recently bought by Kushner’s brother, Jared, and his sister-in-law, Ivanka Trump.

The relationship between the two Kushner brothers has reportedly become fraught in the past several years due to their political differences.

Jared and Ivanka have been working as senior members of the Trump Administration, while Karlie and Joshua have made no secret of their preference for Democrats.

Back in October, Kloss even wore a Biden mask as she posed for a photo with her 2020 mail-in ballot.

Any frostiness caused by political differences may soon subside given the idyllic surrounds in which the two families will live.

The couple even arranged for the stylish modern furniture to be included in the sale price, so they won’t have to worry about decorating the giant property.

The home was built back in 2009, before it was bought by Menin last year for approximately $14 million.

Meanwhile, it was reported by Page Six that Ivanka and Jared  have put money down on a $31.8 million land plot nestled in Indian Creek – about a 10 minute drive from the Kloss-Kushner residence.

Indian Creek is a highly exclusive neighborhood that touts beautiful waterfront homes and tons of privacy.

The island, found off the coast of Miami, got the nickname ‘Billionaire Bunker’ because of the high-profile residents that have settled onto the island, including model Adriana Lima and billionaire businessman Carl Icah.

It’s now theorized that Ivanka and Jared may relocate to Miami following the end of their time in the White House.
