Oregon nurse suspended for video mocking mask use | The State

An Oregon nurse was suspended after posting a video mocking measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Ashley Grames posted the video on the TikTok social network. There he appears playing with the lyrics of the song “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” to poke fun at the medical team at Salem Health hospitals.

“When my co-workers find out that I still travel, they won’t I wear a mask and I let my children make play dates, ”the woman wrote in the video.

The nurse was identified by Salem Health, which reported that Grames is on administrative leave while the case is being investigated. It was also recalled that it does not represent the vision of the health company.
