Khloe Kardashian is not moving to Boston with her on/off boyfriend Tristan Thompson despite recently selling her home in Los Angeles, according to a new report.
The reality TV star, who has a daughter, True, with the basketball player recently offloaded her mansion in California – shortly before Tristan signed a big money deal to play for the Boston Celtics.
Speculation has been rife over whether Khloe and True will move to the East Coast to join Tristan in Boston.
However, TMZ.com reports Khloe is planning to stay in LA – a five-hour flight from Boston.
The publication suggests Khloe and True will remain in California but make “extended visits” to Boston “when schedules allow for it”.
It’s believed Khloe wants to keep True in LA close to her extended family and her cousins and she’s keen to “make long distance work” with Tristan.
E! News also reported that Khloe plans to stay in Los Angeles, but plans for how the long-distance relationship will work have not been figured out yet.
A source told the publication: “Khloe is supportive of Tristan and his career. She is very much settled with True in L.A. and doesn’t intend to uproot her and their life…
“They don’t know what’s going to happen. They are still figuring things out.”
She previously supported him by living part-time in Cleveland while he was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
However, she returned full-time to LA after splitting from Tristan amid his high-profile cheating scandal.
Tristan moved in with Khloe and True during lockdown so they could spend tie together as a family, and the pair are believed to have renewed their relationship.
Khloe has yet to comment publicly on Tristan’s move to Boston, but her sister Kim Kardashian sent him a sweet message on Insatgram.
The mum-of-four, 40, shared a picture of Tristan, 29, in his Celtics kit on the basketball court and wrote: “Congrats @realtristan13. Boston here we come!!!!”
