Boxing on TV tonight as Vasyl Lomachenko takes on Teofimo Lopez

Either Vasyl Lomachenko or Teofimo Lopez will be crowned the undisputed lightweight champion tonight in one of the biggest and best fights of the year.

Lomachenko holds three of the 135lb belts and is looking to complete his collection by adding the IBF strap belonging to young upstart Lopez.

The rivals are both fighting for just the 16th time as professionals but are poles apart in terms of achievements and attitude.

Earlier in the night, Eddie Hearn puts on another behind-closed-doors show as Lewis Ritson returns to the ring against former world champion Miguel Vazquez.

Without the backing of his vociferous home crowd, Newcastle’s Ritson is looking to continue on his path towards a world title shot.
