Tammy Abraham, Jadon Sancho and Ben Chilwell’s England arrival has been delayed as a precaution, the FA has confirmed.
The Three Lions trio broke coronavirus restrictions on the weekend while celebrating Chelsea striker Abraham’s 23rd birthday.
The Chelsea pair and Dortmund forward were all due to meet up with Gareth Southgate’s England squad at Saint George’s Park on Monday, ahead of Thursday’s match against Wales.
But the FA has delayed the trio’s arrival “as a precaution to understand if there is any risk to the wider group,” and “to allow time to gather further information of a social gathering that all three reportedly attended”.

According to The Sun, around 20 people were in attendance at Abraham’s house to celebrate a surprise birthday party.
This goes against the government’s current rules, which restricts groups of more than six from meeting up.
Abraham has already issued an apology.
He told The Sun said: “I arrived home to find a small surprise gathering.
“Though I was totally unaware this was planned, I would like to wholeheartedly apologise for the naivety shown for the organisation and attending of this gathering.”
Meanwhile, The Independent is reporting that Dortmund are unhappy with Sancho for also being in attendance at the party.
