Kris Jenner denies sexually harassing bodyguard hired to protect her

A lawyer for Kris Jenner has strongly denied claims in a sexual harassment lawsuit brought against her and daughter Kourtney Kardashian.

Security guard Marc McWilliams is filing a lawsuit against Kris, 64, and Kourtney, 41, over claims that he was subject to “a pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and other harassing misconduct”.

He claims in the court documents seen by Us Weekly that these comments and advances occurred in May 2017 after he was hired by the family.

McWilliams claims that Kris made “lewd suggestive, sexual, sexist, racist, homophobic and otherwise discriminatory comments at him and his co-workers”.

He also claims that her behaviour began “involving non-consensual physical contact”, with his complaints to his HR at his security company being ignored.

Now, Kris’ lawyer Marty Singer has strongly denied the claims in the lawsuit against her and daughter Kourtney, calling them a “fabricated and false fiction”.

Kris Jenner denies the claims in the sexual harassment suit brought against her

According to TMZ, Singer said in a statement: “Kris categorically denies ever behaving inappropriately toward Marc McWilliams.

“The security guard worked outside the house and he never even went into Kris’ house.”

The lawyer added: “Kris had very little interaction with him.”

Kris’ lawyer also addressed the inclusion of eldest daughter Kourtney Kardashian in the lawsuit.

Kourtney Kardashian is also named in the lawsuit, but Kris’ lawyer Marty Singer denies any wrongdoing on the part of her and her mother

“The guard never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim,” adds Singer.

“Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper with the guard, nor did she do so.”

Singer then adds: “It is outrageous that anyone can sue anyone in America and believe there is no recourse when pursuing fictional and meritless claims.”

The lawyer concludes: “When Kris and Kourtney defeat this ridiculous, frivolous lawsuit they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution.”
