Last Saturday, September 19, Vietnam police carried out an operation special for close down a condom factory operating there after it was found that they were reselling used condoms.

According to various local media, a 32-year-old man named Pham Thi Thanh Ngoc used to send about 1,000 used condoms every month to a place he rented in the city of Tan Uyen, where their employees were in charge of washing and shaping them to package them and thus make them look like new.

Authorities seized a total of 324,000 used condoms at the factory, which had already been packaged for marketing.

The problem is that thousands of these had already been come, which puts the health of the inhabitants at risk.

So far the punishment to be imposed on Thanh Ngoc is unknown.
