President Donald Trump announced yesterday that he will sign an executive order to protect babies born prematurely or after surviving an abortion, without specifying the effective date.
Today, I announce that I will sign the Executive Order “Born Alive” to ensure that all precious live-born babies, regardless of their circumstances, receive the medical care they deserve, ”Trump told attendees at the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast (NCPB) opening virtual address.
