Amazon’s Prime Day already has an official date. The popular annual sale will begin in the United States on Tuesday, October 13, as reported in CNet.
In fact, to prepare for this event, the company is no longer letting full-time workers take holidays from October 13-20, as they will need all staff to be available in order to fulfill customer orders.
Amazon Prime Day normally takes place in July and usually lasts two days offering great deals, but this year it was postponed due to the pandemic.
Now the company modernized its logistics operations to be able to handle an increase in sales during these days and at the same time keeping warehouse workers safe.
Now that they managed to have good delivery times, Amazon is ready to carry out its Prime Day.
