Katie Price determined to make I’m A Celeb comeback alongside beau Carl Woods

Katie Price could be put through the paces for a third time on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! – but it won’t be this year.
The former glamour model, 42, holds the ITV show very close to her heart after falling head over heels for Peter Andre during their jungle stint in 2004.
After locking eyes on one another on their very first day in the Aussie campsite, sparks between the Mysterious Girl singer and Katie were flying, and soon after the loved-up pair tied the knot and welcomed two children, Junior, 15 and Princess, 13 together.
Now, the bubbly blonde bombshell is hoping that the jungle will have the same effect on her relationship with former Love Island star Carl Woods, 31.
The pair, who met through mutual friends earlier this year, have only been dating for five months, but they are already planning on tying the knot and having kids ‘sooner rather than later’.
Katie has been hotly tipped to join the 2020 lineup at I’m A Celeb’s brand-new Welsh location.
Unfortunately, her spokesperson has told The Sun that although she would love to get stuck into the chaos at the all-new Gwrych Castle location, it won’t be happening this year.
The reality star is determined to make a comeback on the hit ITV show, but she won’t do it without Carl by her side.
Lifting the lid on her rumoured appearance, the spokesperson revealed: “I wouldn’t place any bets on her appearing this year!”
“Katie in her present capacity would not pass the strict health and safety tests to even qualify for a spot on the show.
“When Katie is fully recovered, she’d love to return and take Carl in there with her – the real Tarzan and Jane of the Jungle!”
She first made an appearance on the reality show back in 2004, where she fell in love with ex-husband Peter Andre.
Katie later starred on screens again in 2009 after her split from the Mysterious Girl singer.
Reality star Katie is amongst the likes of Loose Women’s Stacey Solomon and radio DJ Tony Blackburn, who are reportedly in the mix to reappear on the show this year.
Other notable contestants who are reportedly in the frame are Scarlett Moffatt, who won the show in 2016 and Phil Tufnell, who was crowned King of the Jungle in 2003 – the same year he retired as a professional cricketer.
Mirror Online have contacted Katie Price’s representatives for comment.
