Love Island’s Shaughna Phillips appears altered in modelling snaps after surgery

Shaughna Phillips looked unrecognisable as she unveiled a new collection of sizzling modelling photos.

The 25-year-old reality star oozed confidence as she plugged her latest fashion collection with In The Style.

Sharing several teasers of her upcoming collection, the bombshell slipped into a collection of outfits that are available in her new capsule.

As well as encouraging her fans to check out the collection when it drops tomorrow, Shaughna wrote: “literally I’ve got you covered with jeans and a nice top for the foreseeable, no need to shop around anymore girls, I’ve got you.”

The reality star was inundated with compliments as fans rushed to share their appreciation over the stunning collection.

One fan wrote: “im actually obsessed.”

“How are you this good looking?” wrote another.

Shaughna’s latest modelling shots came shortly after the star sparked concern among fans after undergoing surgery.

Speaking to her 1.5 milion Instagram followers, Shaughna revealed that she had undergone a mystery surgical procedure.

In one post she shared a picture of her legs covered in bandages alongside the message: “Hello Swollen Tootsies.”

After worrying fans with her latest post, Shaughna told her 1.5million Instagram followers: “Yayyyy I survived! This is me trying to walk and pretend I don’t feel like I’ve just been hit by a bus.

“I’ve had a procedure done that I’m gonna keep you all updated with my progress. This isn’t a collab/gifted/ad anything like that!

“So you will get the full unedited truth.”

In the past, Shaughna has hit back at trolls who criticised her changing appearance.

The star, who lost four stone before appearing on Love Island, was even forced to deny that she had got lip fillers during the pandemic.

She has vowed to go into detail about her latest procedure and be open with her fans.
