Steve Bing’s daughter Kira must prove she’s his biological child for inheritance

Kira Kerkorian has to prove that she is Steve Bing’s biological child if she wants to take over the late multi-millionaire’s estate, according to court papers.

Bing disinherited his children in 2001, including his son Damian Hurley, who he had with English actress Elizabeth Hurley.

DailyMail.com has reported that Kira now has to prove her entitlement to her late father’s fortune, after he jumped to his death from his 27th floor apartment in Los Angeles in June.

Bing, a Hollywood movie investor, inherited $600 million from his grandfather when he turned 18 and was sensationally revealed to be the father of Kira in a legal dispute between tennis pro Lisa Bonder and her ex-husband, billionaire Kirk Kerkorian.

Kirk was led to believe Kira was his daughter but a DNA sample from dental floss confirmed Bing was the father, so he claimed.

Kira is now seeking to be the administrator of her late father’s estate, which is now valued at just $337,000 but this does not include his properties, which could bring the value up to $500 million.

She now must be nominated by The Clinton Foundation, Bing’s trust beneficiary, as well as providing proof to court that she is his biological daughter.

She says that she wants to take charge of the estate to fight a $7 million lawsuit against her father brought by entrepreneur Matthew Khoury’s company KRE Wellness.

This is to do with an agreement made in 2015 and Khoury’s claim that Bing failed to pay “qualifying receipts”.

Last year, Bing’s father Peter Bing had tried to block Kira and Damian from being beneficiaries of his trust.

He claimed that the pair should be excluded because they were love children.

Despite excluding them from his own fortune, Bing successfully fought a legal battle with his father on behalf of his children.

Kira and Damian remain beneficiaries of that trust following Bing’s actions.
