Maisie Smith is fueling up as she gets ready for some tough weeks ahead on Strictly Come Dancing.

The EastEnders star is among the famous faces competing for the glitterball trophy this year.

Bookies have already tipped her as the favourite to win the hit BBC show – so she has to make sure her sugar levels are high as she gets in some practice.

Her mum ordered her some superb Strictly cupcakes – and she was excited by the sweet treat.

“They look amazing!” she yelled as she got a closer look.

The young actress squealed in delight at the special purple cakes ahead of her appearance next month.

If the bookmakers know what they are talking about, it won’t be the last time she is jumping for joy.

Maisie, who plays Tiffany Butcher on the Square, previously took part in Strictly’s Children in Need special – and it hasn’t gone unnoticed by the tipsters.

Betway has slashed the odds on Maisie winning to 7/4, putting her ahead of the competition.

Her fiercest rival looks set to be Max George, who also has dance experience after shooting to fame in boyband The Wanted.
