Laura Anderson has shown fans her real face after they were left baffled by an edited snap of her.

She had spent the day filming with her former Love Island co-stars Jack Fincham and Dr Alex George yesterday and Jack posted a picture of the three of them.

His followers were left baffled by Laura’s appearance, with one saying she looked “very different” to her usual self.

The reality TV star, 31, took to her Instagram stories on Wednesday morning to defend her looks as she posed with no makeup or filters on the video.

Dressed in a black crop top and white jogging bottoms, Laura showed off her natural beauty as she spoke directly to her followers.

“I’ve purposefully put no silly filter on this,” she started.

“Yesterday I had such a good day filming with Jack and Alex and then Jack put up a picture of the three of us, which obviously is like, cute, but I got so much abuse.

“Like, ‘Laura doesn’t look like Laura any more’.

“It’s really not nice to read all those comments and I just think people need to get over the fact that a picture is just a picture.”

Laura said she feels happy with the way she looks as she defied the trolls.

She added: “I wanted to come on here with no makeup on and I think I look fine, so thanks for the abuse.

“Anyway, positive love.”

Laura captioned the video: “I literally get banged for being ‘old’ now apparently I’ve had surgery.

“Can’t win and I’ll never try to.”

“It wasn’t a photo shoot just a quick pic,” she added, alongside a shrugging shoulders emoji.
