Katie Price vows never to drink again after horror accident that broke her feet

Katie Price’ s nasty accident that left her with two broken feet has convinced her she should ditch booze.
The mum-of-five suffered hairline fractures in both feet during a getaway in Turkey.
Now reliant on a wheelchair and potentially facing up to two years off her feet, Katie explained on her YouTube channel that she’d attempted to vault a wall, not realising how big the drop on the other side was.
“I’m never ever drinking again and I wasn’t even that p****d,” she told The Sun.
The star added that there was a 25 foot drop on the other side of the wall, remarking: “I landed on my feet and it was like cement. I tried to get up and I couldn’t.
“Then this pain just hit my legs and I’m screaming, ‘My legs! My legs!’.”
And despite the pain, Katie told that she hadn’t appreciated the severity of her injuries – reckoning she’d be close to fully mended by the time they landed back in the UK.
But it seems she’s come to terms with her injury, revealing she has a newfound appreciation for anyone who has to use a wheelchair, and that her feet her scarring looks “like something out of the Saw movie.”
Since touching back down in the UK, she’s undergone surgery and been in the constant and dutiful care of new man Carl Woods, who she called her “rock.”
What’s more, hunky Carl’s even had the stamp of approval from ex-hubbys Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler, who themselves are said to have stepped up to help in any way they can.
And it’s not as though she’s going to let injury dull the classic Pricey glitz and glam, as she was spotted out on a mobility scooter with a bold pink paint job.
Her family has also been on hand, rallying about her and reportedly whisking her away for a weekend in West Sussex.
It’s thought she joined little sister Sophie and mum Amy for the getaway after taking a social media detox break.
Katie has had a turbulent few months, looking after eldest son Harvey as he gets on the road to recovery.
The 18-year-old, who has Prader-Willi Syndrome, is autistic and partially blind – was admitted into intensive care amid breathing difficulties and a temperature spike.
Katie kept fans updated, and made sure to tell Harv of the huge outpouring of love and support he was receiving from fans.
He’s back living with his mum now, with it reported he can’t wait to get back to school and see his mates for the first time since March.
