Holly Willoughby showed off her five-year-old son’s handiwork on Instagram as she prepared to send her brood back to school this week.
Before the start of the new term, Holly had a proud mummy moment as she gushed about her family have embraced arts and crafts in lockdown.
The 39-year-old presenter has spent the entirety of the summer holidays with kids Harry, 11, Belle, nine and Chester after taking time off from her This Morning day job.
Revealing what they’ve been up to, Holly shared a picture of a tie-dye t-shirt her youngest had made and cooed: “Possibly my fave!”
Before that the mum showed off a whole collection of white clothing that the family had artistically transformed with the colourful dye.
Holly, her hubby Dan Baldwin and their kids discovered their love of the hobby when they were forced to cut short their August holiday and quarantine back home.
The family has been planning to spend an idyllic seven weeks in the Algarve but had to head home early when the rules changed so that Holly could return the This Morning studio on time.
Despite the setback, Holly couldn’t hide her excitement as she shared a promotional video from ITV teasing her telly comeback.
“This September we are all back… a new term begins!
Reffering to her co-host and pal Philip Schofield, Holly added” “Can’t wait to see you and be reunited with my Silver Fox (errrr just typed ‘silver fox’ in and my phone suggested an emoji!!!!!!!) … see you soon,” she told followers.
The duo will be back to work on September 1.
Husband and wife duo Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford have been holding the fort while Phil and Holly enjoyed their extended holiday.
Rumours were swirling this month that Holly could be leaving the award-winning day time show after 11 years.
It came as she made the decision to quit the celebrity agency she shared with Phil to set up Roxy Management on her own and is reported to have signed a new £1million contract with ITV.
Holly’s team denied the speculation.
