In the case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, the actor’s father’s lawyer has made many serious allegations against Siddharth Pithani. Advocate Vikas Singh has termed Sushant’s friend Siddharth a ‘wise criminal’. Also, her role is dubious.
Vikas, a lawyer for actor’s father KK Singh, said, “Siddharth Pithani’s role is highly doubtful. He is a very ‘intelligent criminal’. What he did was that he was talking to them regularly till an FIR was filed by the family. At the same time, he was also helping them. But, as soon as the FIR was registered, he started helping Riya Chakraborty.
Advocate Vikas Singh further said, “The way he behaved after registering an FIR, he is writing Riya’s email even though he (Riya) is a named accused.” Helping the accused named in this way reflects the complexity between Riya and her. Only the real truth will be revealed after detention

Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh had earlier lodged an FIR against actress Riya Chakraborty in Patna in several serious sections. Singh had made serious allegations on Riya such as abetting Sushant to commit suicide, transfer of Rs 15 crore, etc. Later, after the recommendation of Bihar government, the Central Government handed over the investigation of the case to the CBI.
Riya has filed a case transfer petition in SC
Riya Chakraborty has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking transfer of the Mumbai case from Patna. There have been two hearings in the Supreme Court. Riya Chakraborty’s lawyer Shyam Dewan has said in the court that the FIR that has taken place in Bihar is a political move. He said that the FIR lodged by the father of Sushant Singh Rajput in Patna has nothing to do with Riya and her family against this case. This case should be transferred.
