Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh has passed away. Amar Singh had a kidney transplant. He was undergoing treatment in Singapore for the last nearly six months.
In the month of March, a video of Amar Singh, the Samajwadi Party’s tallest leader, was very much discussed. In which he stopped the rumors of his death and clarified that he is fine and is battling illness. Sharing his earlier experiences, he said that his health had deteriorated earlier too, but every time he came back after fighting with the face of death.
In the video, Amar Singh says, ‘I am talking Amar Singh from Singapore. I am sick (sick), I am distressed by disease (problems) but not scared (scared). Courage is left, passion is left, consciousness is also left. Our well-wishers and friends have spread this rumor very fast that Yamraj has called me to himself. it’s not like that at all. He further said, ‘Like always among you … whatever I am, whatever I am, I am yours. If I am bad, I am good… I will live in the same way as I have lived so far in my familiar style, custom and tradition.

Stayed in a ventilator in the Middle East for 12–13 days and fought to the death. Again this time I am completely healthy, I am very conscious.
