Balram, a student of a fifth kidnapped from Gorakhpur, has been killed. Balaram’s body has been recovered from the Kewatiya Nallah of Tinconia number two in the Pipraich region.
Police arrested four people in this case. The dead body was found in the spotlight here. On Sunday, a student of Balram Gupta, a student studying in class five from Tola Mishraulia, Jungle Chhatradhari of Pipraich police station area, was kidnapped and asked for a ransom of Rs 1 crore. At five o’clock in the evening, after the information of the family, in search of the child, along with the Pipraich police and the crime branch, the STF team was also engaged. Police was being interrogated for detaining a rooster businessman, a shopkeeper selling mobile SIM and a property dealer from Jungle Dhusad. Information about the incident was also being sought from his friends who often play with Balaram.
Mahajan Gupta, a resident of Mishraulia Tola of Jungle Chhatradhari village, runs a grocery shop at home as well as is associated with the business of land. His son Balaram, after having dinner around 12 in the day, went out to play with friends wearing a T-shirt and pants and did not return home. At three o’clock a call was received from an unknown number on Mahajan Gupta’s mobile. Speakers from the other side told him that Balarama had been kidnapped. Arrange for one crore rupees to get him released, when and where to send the next phone amount will be told. After saying this, he disconnected the phone.

When Mahajan called on that number, he got the mobile switch off, but after a while, at the interval of 10-10 minutes, he got a call again from the same number twice and arranged for a crore of rupees, repeating that Balram was kidnapped both times. The thing to do was also reiterated. Mahajan could not believe that the son was kidnapped. So they first searched him in the village. Even after a lot of searching, when he was not found anywhere, people told him about the phone that was taken to kidnap the son and demanded a ransom of Rs one crore. At the behest of the people, he called the 112 number at 5 pm and informed the police.
As soon as the child was informed about the kidnapping, senses ranged from the local police to the officers. Shortly after the jurisdiction of Chaurichaura Rachna Mishra, the police of Pipraich and Gulariha police stations and teams of Crime Branch and STF Gorakhpur reached the spot. After taking information from the children who often play with Balaram, the police started raiding in search of the suspects. But the police did not get any success. Meanwhile, on Monday, Balaram’s body was found in a sack near Tinconia.
