Vishnudatta Vishnoi suicide case
The CBI on Tuesday summoned Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s OSD Dev Ram Saini for questioning. Saini has been summoned by the CBI on May 23 in Churu for questioning in the alleged suicide case by state police officer Vishnudutt Vishnoi. Let us tell you that a team of Special Crime Unit of CBI from Delhi is in Jaipur to record the statement in connection with the death of Vishnoi, SHO of Rajgarh. Vishnoi’s body was hung from the roof of his government house in Churu.
The CBI team is revolting against the state government and former deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot and his fellow rebel MLAs for the investigation at such a time and political turmoil is going on in the state. However, sources made it clear that the agency is conducting a professional investigation into the case handed over by the state government itself.
On Monday evening, the agency questioned Congress legislator Krishna Poonia at his home in Jaipur for about three hours. Sources said that people are being questioned to know various aspects of the case and this does not mean that they are being accused as the final picture will be revealed only after the completion of the investigation.

The Rajasthan government handed over the investigation to the CBI. He said that Bishnoi’s brother had filed a complaint with the Rajasthan Police, alleging that he was under pressure due to which he took this drastic step.
Two suicide notes were recovered from Vishnoi – one to his parents and the other to the district’s Superintendent of Police. In the suicide note written to the SP, Vishnoi said that he could not bear the pressure. In his suicide note, he also said that he tried to give his best to the Rajasthan Police.
