AIIMS expert said

Professor Naval Vikram of AIIMS’s Department of Medicine says that there is no research yet to suggest that a person can get corona infection after recovering. He said that if enough antibodies were found in the body of Hindu Rao’s nurse, then there is no risk of re-infection as long as he has antibodies in his body. He said that the RTPCR report may come up positive because there is still a dead corona virus in his body which has come up while taking the sample. Reports may be positive due to such viruses, but there is no risk of spreading the infection to other people.

Take precautions even after recovering, possible re-infection possible
According to Atul Kakkar, head of the medicine department of Sir Gangaram Hospital, if the person has run out of antibodies, it is possible that he may get corona infection again. However, the risk is less. In such a situation, people should take full precaution even after recovering.
