The injured youth, Jitendra Kumar Singh (25), was brought to the Primary Health Center, Teredhagachh for local rural treatment from where he was referred for better treatment after first aid. Injured youth Jitendra Kumar Singh is being treated in Purnia where his condition is said to be critical.
According to local villagers, the injured youth Jitendra Kumar Singh (25) and his two companions Ankit Kumar Singh and Gulshan Kumar Singh went to the farm outside the village near Mafi Tola on the Indo-Nepal border to find their cattle at around 7.30 pm on Saturday. . Where the Nepal Police deployed on the Nepal border suddenly fired on these youths. In which Jitendra Kumar Singh has been shot. Jitendra was picked up from the spot and brought to his house by the local villagers. The incident was reported to local police and SSB Fatehpur of the 12th Battalion. Due to the incident, there is tension on the Indo-Nepal border since Sunday morning.
The SSB is also on alert on the border firing incident by the Nepali police on the Indo-Nepal border. The round of meeting of administrative officers is also going on. A special meeting is going on between the police and SSB officials.
Birendra Chaudhary, deputy commandant of SSB 12th Battalion, confirmed the shooting incident by Nepal Police. He said that in the firing of Nepal Police, a bullet has been hit on the shoulder of the young man Jitendra Kumar Singh. Whose treatment was first done at the Primary Health Center, Tehragachh, then in view of the serious condition of the young man, he has been referred to the Higher Center. The injured youth is undergoing treatment in Purnea. He said that investigation is still going on in this matter.
