Kejriwal – Education model created history in Delhi, 98 percent of 12th pass of government schools passed

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on the CBSE declared results that the education model of Delhi has created history. 98 percent students of government schools have passed the CBSE examination of class 12th.

New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Tuesday that the education model of Delhi has created history. 98 percent students of the government schools of the city have passed the Class 12 CBSE examination. In an online media briefing with Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, the Chief Minister said that the students of Delhi have performed well in the board exams.

Kejriwal said that he feels that the result of 98 percent would not have come in any other state of the country. He also tweeted, “Delhi’s education model has created history. 98 percent of our government schools children have passed the CBSE exams of class 12th.

12th board result has improved by 5 percent

Let us tell you, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results of the 12th class board examination on Monday afternoon. 88.78 percent students have passed in these board examinations. A total of 88.78 percent students have passed in CBSE declared 12th result. Last year, 83.40 percent students passed. Compared to the previous year, there has been an improvement of 5 percent in 12th board result this year.

92.15 percent girls and 86.19 percent students have passed in these examination results of class 12. The pass percentage of the same transgender students has been 66.66 percent.

Admission process can be started for new session

Significantly, this year, many exams of class 12 could not be taken due to Corona virus. The remaining examinations have been evaluated on the basis of marks obtained in other examinations. After the declaration of the results of class 12, the admission process for the new session can also be started in various universities.
