Kamal Haasan wishes Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek a speedy recovery: Get well soon

Kamal Haasan took to social media to wish Abhishek and Amitabh Bachchan a speedy recovery. The father-son duo was tested positive for coronavirus on Saturday (July 11) evening.

Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for coronavirus on Saturday evening. The father-son duo is admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai after having mild symptoms. Ever since the news broke, the entire nation has been praying for their recovery.

Actor Kamal Haasan, who shares a great rapport with the Bachchan family, took to social media to wish them a speedy recovery. He also added that he’d trust the doctors who are treating Amitabh and Abhishek.

Taking to Twitter and Facebook, Kamal Haasan wrote, “I wish both the Bachchans @SrBachchan @juniorbachchan a speedy recovery. I trust the Indian doctors and Sr. Bachchan’s will to overcome health hazards. Get well soon and become an icon again for survival and wellness (sic).”

The rest of the Bachchan family – Jaya Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan have been tested negative for coronavirus. Today (July 12) morning, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) put up notices in front of Amitabh’s bungalows, Janak and Jalsa, and announced them as containment zones.

On Saturday night, Amitabh Bachchan tweeted from his hospital and wrote, “T 3590 -I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests, results awaited .. All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested! (sic).”

According to the doctors treating Amitabh Bachchan, the actor complained of breathing problems but is stable now in the isolation unit. Many celebrities including Mahesh Babu, Dulquer Salmaan and Khushbu, to name a few, took to Twitter to wish them a speedy recovery.
