IES officer missing on Indo-China border; marriage to happen next month

Indian engineering service (IES) officer Subhan Ali’s gypsy, who went to inspect the construction of the road on the Indo-China border, fell uncontrollably into a trench about five thousand feet. Army officials have discovered Subhan’s gypsy but Subhan is yet to be found. Army helicopters were also involved in the search of IES officer.

Subhan, an officer of the Indian Engineering Service, is a resident of Jayangra village in Kauvapur town area of ​​Balrampur district. Subhan’s primary education was from the Ramadeh Kisan Adarsh ​​Vidya Mandir in the district. Three months ago, he was posted as a civil engineer in the Ministry of Defense in Ladakh. Subhan Ali, 28-year-old son of Ramzan Ali, a resident of Jayanagara village, brought the name of the area to light by passing the Indian Engineering Services Examination of Union Public Service Commission six months ago.

Subhan, who secured the 24th rank in the civil engineering trade, was initially posted as a civil engineer with the Delhi Development Authority. In April 2020, he was posted to Ladakh. At present, Subhan Ali’s duty was engaged in the Quarantine Center in Kargil area. Road is being constructed from Meena Marg to Dras on the India-China border. Subhan went to inspect this road on Monday. During inspection, his gypsy uncontrolled and overturned in the ditch. The gypsy in which Subhan was stationed is about five thousand feet deep. The Gypsies have been discovered by the army personnel but Subhan has not been found. Subhaan’s family is in a bad condition after knowing about the incident. Subhan’s father has father Ramadan, mother Mehrunisha, brother Shaban Ali, sister Shama Parveen, Seema and Soni. All the people including Tulsipur MLA Kailashnath Shukla have tied up their relatives.

IES Subhan Ali Rose used to talk to his family through video call. The family members were also worried about Subhan due to the dispute between India and China. Subhan’s brother Shaban said that the brother’s call did not come on Monday. Did not contact even after calling from here. Bhai called Subhan’s senior officer on Tuesday. After that, the family came to know about the incident. 

Subhan’s wedding was going to be held on July 27

According to information received from family members, IES Subhan’s wedding date was fixed in July. Wedding preparations were being done at home. Bhai Shaban said that earlier in April, the date of their wedding was fixed but due to the lockdown the date of marriage had to be extended.

Subhan Ali’s father, who was posted in Ladakh’s Ministry of Defense in the post of engineering, works in sewing cloth. He cut his stomach and made the son prepare for the Union Public Service Commission exam. Never let anything fall short. The son met the test of father’s struggle hundred percent. He achieved his father’s dreams by securing 24 ranks in the IES exam.
