Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a high level meeting with Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Home Minister Amit Shah in the evening. The overall review of the situation in East Ladakh was done in this meeting. It is understood that India has decided to continue with a firm stand to deal with China’s aggressive attitude on the 3500 km border.

Military sources said that large activities of the Chinese Air Force have been seen in eastern Ladakh. The armies of the two countries have held major general level talks in place of the skirmish. The Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the violent clash between the Indian and Chinese armies in eastern Ladakh was caused by “the Chinese side’s efforts to unilaterally change the status quo” in the area.

China has also suffered heavy losses in violent clashes between the soldiers of India and China near the Galvan Valley. After the tension near the border, a large number of ambulances, wounded and dead Chinese soldiers were taken on stretchers. It is being told that more than 40 soldiers have died in China. However, China has not confirmed this on its behalf.

According to sources, a commanding officer of China has also been killed in this incident, who was leading the clash. Let me tell you that the commanding officer of the Indian Army also died in this clash.

Taking soldiers in ambulance

According to the news received by the sources, China has suffered a major loss in the violent clash between the soldiers of the two countries near the Galvan Valley on the night of 15-16 June. The basis of the estimate of this loss is that China is carrying wounded and dead soldiers through stretchers, ambulances on the border. Apart from this, the movement of Chinese helicopter has increased near the Galvan River, through which soldiers are being transported.

Apart from this, the soldiers who were involved in this clash with China have also confirmed this. However, the exact figure of how much damage has been done to China has not yet been revealed, although the number is said to be close to 40.

China refuses to accept casualties

Earlier on Tuesday, it was accepted by the Global Times that China had suffered a huge loss. But later he refused to give the number, besides the Chinese Foreign Ministry had not given any number.

On the other hand, in its official statement from the Indian Army, it was informed that 20 soldiers were killed in the encounter. Initially, information about the martyrdom of three was revealed, after which the other 17 were added. The names of all these 20 martyrs will be released by the army on Wednesday.

Significantly, there was tension between India and China in Ladakh since the month of May. Under the agreement, China had to retreat from the present place, when the soldiers of the Indian Army arrived there to inform them. So the Chinese army attacked Indian soldiers by deception. During this time a total of 20 soldiers including the commanding officer of India were martyred.
