Mumbai: A day after singer and music director Wajid Khan died, his mother Rajina Khan became infected with the Corona virus. Family sources said on Tuesday that Rajina Khan has been admitted to Surana Hospital in Chembur. This is the same hospital where Wajid Khan was also treated.
The person associated with the family said, “Their mother has been found infected. They will have to stay in the hospital till the investigation report comes negative.” 42-year-old Wajid Khan died on Monday morning, June 1, after suffering a corona virus and a heart attack.
