Noida: Two arrested for of Rape of minor using intoxicated drink, then abusing for a year, threatening to make video viral
A case of rape with a minor girl has come up in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The accused not only raped the victim but also made an objectionable video of the victim and went viral. The police has arrested two accused in the entire case.
The victim’s brother had filed the entire case with the Noida police. The victim’s age is around 17 years. She lived in a rented house with her sister in Noida. Chand alias Mursalin, a resident of Bhangel, raped a minor girl by mixing drugs in cold drinks a year ago. Shaan alias Sonu, a friend of the accused, prepared the video of the rape.
The accused continued to rape for a year with the victim threatening to make the video viral. When the victim went to her village in lockdown, the accused made the victim’s objectionable video in the Whatssapp group. In the name of giving information to the police, the accused threatened to kill the victim and her family.

When the victim threatened the police complaint, the accused threatened to end it with her family. After getting the information, the police arrested both the accused from Bhangel during the raid.

Case registered under strict sections
The police has registered a case under sections 376, 120B, 506 of the IPC and several sections of the Poxo Act. Police has also registered a case under ST / ST Act and IT Act. Police is questioning both the accused in this regard.
