This new feature on Instagram, now video calling with 50 people

Now new messenger rooms can be created in Instagram itself and friends can also be invited. Facebook introduced Messenger Rooms between the video conferencing app Zoom last month. Facebook had informed at that time that the messenger rooms are being integrated into Instagram and now it has been made live.

Users can create private video chat rooms through messenger rooms integration. Where you can join up to 50 participants. Even people who do not have Facebook accounts can connect.

Instagram has given information on Twitter that now you can create messenger rooms on Instagram and can also invite anyone to join.

Now you can create a new room and invite friends on Instagram. After this you will be taken to Messenger. As we mentioned above, up to 50 people can join a room. Also you can lock the room so that no one else can join.

Steps for the new feature have been shown in a video shared by Instagram. For this, you have to first go to Instagram direct message. Tap on the video chat icon here. After this, create a room, select it. After this you can invite your friends for rooms. After this, Instagram will create a room and will make a link show of it. Apart from this, the option of joining room or send link will be available here. If you tap in the join room, Instagram will ask you to open the room in the Messenger app.
