According to the information received, the minor girl of a village located in Mokama police station area was raped by a village resident. After this, the girl became pregnant. But instead of registering an FIR, his family resorted to the panchayat in the village. When the matter came up for the panchayat, the village panches pronounced the victim’s decision to have an abortion. The family members of the panchayat accused were instructed to bear the entire expenses of the girl’s wedding.

At the same time, after the decision of the panchayat, the girl was miscarried. But the accused refused to pay the wedding expenses of the girl. After this, the Panchayat was set up again, but the accused refused to accept the Panches. After this, an FIR has been lodged in the Mokama police station by the girl’s family members. Accused Randhir Rai has been named as the accused.
