There is still a situation of lockdown in the country due to Corona virus. Because of which all people are forced to live in homes. Although on one hand, corona virus is a fatal disease, but due to the lockdown imposed by it, nature is benefiting greatly. Many such videos are coming out from all over the country where animals are seen roaming the streets of the city.

At the same time, pictures of Navi Mumbai were revealed some time ago, where hundreds of pink flamingos suddenly came out and painted Talway Wetland with pink color. Photos of this moment went viral worldwide. The interesting thing is that the water in a part of the soled wetland has turned dark pink color, which has stunned the people living there. Wetland is in the southeastern part of Navi Mumbai and nowadays it looks pink.

Keeping this incident in mind, the Bombay Natural History Society stated that this is a unique event for the Mumbai metropolitan area. Researchers have never seen anything like this with Mumbai’s creeks. Researchers and microbiologists said that this pink color is the result of red algal bloom.

The possible reason behind this phenomenon is the rising heat, humidity and evaporation of water, thus, a part of wetland has got pink color. This is the same pink algae, from which flamingos also get pink colored wings.
