Kawardha. In Kawardha district of Chhattisgarh, a case came as a surprise to the common people including police and administration. On May 5, in the Nagar Panchayat Pandatarai, suddenly notes were seen flying in the air and scattered on the road. When the villagers reached close, they saw that notes were being blown into the air by unknown persons.
