Meanwhile, the workers who returned from the special train reached Jasidih station after taking a batch of 1129 laborers from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, said that the fare should be recovered. Most of these laborers are residents of Santalpargana. Apart from this, Sahebganj, Pakur, Godda, Giridih, Garhwa, Latehar, Ramgarh, Dhanbad and Gumla are residents of the district. Rail fare was taken from all these laborers.

These workers and workers returned home, saying that each worker was charged a fare of 875 rupees, many faced a lot of difficulty in collecting the ticket amount, although in this they had to eat food packets during the journey. At the same time, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has raised a big question on the railway. He has said that the Railways has contributed Rs 150 crore to the PM Relief Fund. Somewhere the money was not given to the laborers. If this is the case then it is a matter of surprise. CM Hemant Soren had said this on the reports of laborers taking rail fare.
