Tahira Kashyap shared a throwback picture with husband Ayushmann Khurrana, recalling old times when they just started dating.
Ayushmann Khurrana and Tahira Kashyap’s love story has inspired many. The two were in the same tuition in 12th standard and had eyes on each other since then. Though Tahira had a crush on Ayushmann, they didn’t start dating till the time they coincidentally met through their parents.
Recalling old memories, Tahira shared a throwback picture of the two from the time they just started dating. In the picture, Tahira and Ayushmann are seen sitting together but maintaining distance between them.
Relating their old picture to the ongoing novel coronavirus crisis, she wrote, “First year of dating and we were strong believers of social distancing!! #futuristic #throwbackthursdayontuesday #throwbackthursday #throwbacktuesday #samething #lockdown #kitnabadalgayainsaan. (sic).”
Tahira’s post has received many comments from their friends from the industry. Ayushmann’s brother, Aparshakti Khurana, replied with heart emojis. The actor’s Bala co-star, Yami Gautam, wrote, “Hahaha..this is so sweet.”

In March, Ayushmann celebrated 19 years of togetherness with Tahira. He shared a collage of Tahira’s pictures and wrote, “It was in 2001. We were preparing for our board exams. At 1.48 AM I’d confessed my feelings over the phone. Bryan Adams was playing on my stereo. Inside Out was the song. It’s been 19 years with this goofball. Umm. (sic).”
Ayushmann and Tahira tied the knot in 2008. They became proud parents to son, Virajveer, in 2012 and daughter, Varushka, in 2014.
