Actor Irfan Khan’s health deteriorates, Admit in Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai

Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan has been hospitalized due to sudden deterioration in his health. Irfan is admitted in the ICU of Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. Recently, Irfan Khan’s mother Saeeda Begum passed away. At that time, there were reports that the actor had the last glimpse of the mother through video conferencing due to being away from home in lockdown. Irrfan Khan is currently in Mumbai.

Irfan was diagnosed with his illness two years ago in March 2018. He himself gave this shocking news to his fans. He had revealed his illness by tweeting – something suddenly happens in life that takes you further. The last few days of my life have been like this. I have a disease called neuro-endocrine tumor. But the love and strength of the people around me has given me hope.

He further wrote, I am going abroad for its treatment. I pray to all of them that they keep praying for me. For the rumor of neuro that is being spread about my illness, for this, let me tell that neuro is not always for the brain. Those who waited for my statement, I hope that I will come back again with more story.

This was Irrfan’s first film after defeating illness

54-year-old Irfan was undergoing treatment in London. During this time, he stayed away from Bollywood. He returned to Bollywood after recovering from this disease for a long time. He returned to India in September 2019 last year. He was spotted at the airport in a wheelchair. After returning, he started shooting for the film English Medium. His recent release was English Medium. This was his first film after illness. However, due to the corona virus pandemic, the film could not be commercially successful.

Irrfan Khan lives with his wife Sutapa Sikdar. They have two sons Babil and Ayan. Currently all three are in hospital with Irrfan.
