Forbes has released the list of the world’s top rich people. Jeff Bezos, founder and CEO of e-commerce company Amazon, topped the Forbes’ 34th list with assets of $ 113 billion. At the same time, Mukesh Ambani, chairman of India’s industrialist Reliance Industry, is at number 17 in this list.
Microsoft founder Bill Gates is second in the list of the world’s top rich released by Forbes, with a net worth of $ 98 billion. While LVMH CEO and Chairman Bernard Arnold is third in number, his assets are $ 76 billion. Warren Buffett with $ 67.5 billion in assets and Larry Ellison with $ 59 billion in fifth place.
Talking about India, Reliance Industry Chairman Mukesh Ambani, who was ranked number 17 in Forbes’ list of world’s richest people, is on top of India’s rich list. His total assets are $ 44.3 billion. In this list, Radhakrishna Damani is second in India, with total assets of $ 13.8 billion. On the other hand, HCL founder Shiv Nadar with a total wealth of 11.9 billion is at number three, Uday Kotak of Kotak Mahindra Group with assets of $ 10.4 billion and Gujarat businessman Gautam Adani at number five with $ 8.9 billion.
