Facebook is bringing Campus feature for college students

Facebook is working on a special feature Campus for college students. Only college students will be able to use it and for this ID card will also be needed.

When the social networking website Facebook was started, it was from the college campus itself. Mark Zuckerberg then studied at Harvard and started it from the college room itself.

Now Facebook is testing a feature called Campus. According to the report, only college students will get access to this feature named Campus. College ID Card will be required to login here.

Hong Kong-based hacker Jane Manchun Wong first tweeted about this upcoming feature from Facebook. Generally, Jane apps and site features tell about the features before release.

Jane has said in a tweet, ‘Facebook is working on campus which will be only for college students. He has said that the campus feature will have options like groups, events.

This tweet also shares a screenshot where the Campus feature can be seen. Here you have to enter the information of your college and then on this basis you can connect with other students of your college.

Significantly, Facebook is focusing on teenagers with this step. Because teenagers in America prefer Instagram and Snapchat more than Facebook. According to a report, in 2014-15, about 71% of teenagers used Facebook app, but in 2018 it was reduced to 51%.

At the moment it is not clear when the official launch of the Facebok Campus feature company will be done. In the beginning, the company may offer limited users for testing.
