Lucknow.  Today is the sixth day of lockdown in the country. To prevent the infection of coronavirus from going to the community level, CM Yogi Adityanath has ordered to seal all the boundaries of the state. When some laborers reached the cities, they are facing allegations of inhuman treatment by the administration. One such video recently surfaced on social media. It is being told that it is from Bareilly. Some laborers are being bathed in this with a spray of sanitizer. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi, while sharing this, has raised a strong objection. They have described it as inhumane.

More than 4 lakh laborers return in 7 districts of Bundelkhand as unemployed

More than one lakh sailor families in Purvanchal have become unemployed due to sealing the boundaries of Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, in Bundelkhand’s seven districts (Jhansi, Lalitpur, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Banda and Chitrakoot) more than four lakh laborers have returned to their villages unemployed. DGP Hitesh Chandra Awasthi told that the health of those coming from outside will be examined, after which they will be sent to the shelter. On the other hand, a case of negligence has been reported in Hardoi district. 40 people escaped from a shelter built outside Itauli village here.

Noida-made Corona Zone

The cases of corona infection in Uttar Pradesh are increasing continuously. In the last 24 hours, infection was confirmed in 17 new patients in the state. Of these, 8 patients from Meerut, 5 from Noida, 2 from Ghaziabad and one each at Agra-Bareilly were reported. Now the number of corona infected in the state has gone up to 82. The maximum 32 patients are from Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar). After increasing the number of patients here, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has sent Principal Secretary Medical Education Rajneesh Dubey by helicopter there to improve the situation.

Varanasi: On  Monday, the district administration completely blocked the entry of general public in all mandis due to the lockdown affecting one lakh families of sailors
. The business has come to a complete standstill. Sailor Manoj Sahni said that more than one lakh sailors are affected in Purvanchal. The business is completely closed since 22 March. Tourists have stopped coming since 10 March.

Lockdown is being strictly followed in Varanasi.

Lucknow: Prisoners released on parole of 4 to 6 weeks In view of

the increasing outbreak of Coronavirus, 11 thousand prisoners imprisoned in 71 jails of Uttar Pradesh were released on parole of 4 to 6 weeks. The government had kept the convicts or undertrials in this category under sentence of seven years or less. Prisoners have been released from many jails of the state on Sunday.

The doctors will stay at Five Star Hotels. The district administration has temporarily acquired Hotel Hyatt, Hotel Fairdeal, Hotel Piccadilly and Hotel Lemon Tree for doctors of
Lucknow’s Ram Manohar Lohia Institute and SGPGI. Medical and paramedical staff of both medical institutions, who are appointed in Kovid-19 ward, will be arranged for their stay. Under the rules, a doctor working in a ward has to stay quarantined for 14 days.

Jhansi: More than 4 lakh workers of Bundelkhand became unemployed,

Lockdown has come as a major crisis in front of Bundelkhand, already struggling with the stress. More than four lakh laborers have become unemployed here. People are seen wandering on the streets unnecessarily and the police administration is only engaged in photographing. Amidst the lockdown, there are instructions that a needy can get out of the house to take the necessary items from a bike in the given period, but here three people are sitting on a bike in front of Nawabad police station. Vegetables are arriving in the mandis, but are not reaching the wards. Prices of ration, vegetables have gone up by 10 to 15 rupees per kg. 

In Jhansi, DM-SSP distributed relief material to the needy. 

Prayagraj: 88 people have been quarantined for 14 days.

88 people who have come to Prayagraj after migrating from other states have been kept in the quarantine for 14 days at the KP Community Center in the city. During this time, his health will be monitored. The workers have taken other details including name, address. People coming forward will also be kept at this center. All arrangements of food and drink are being made by the district administration itself. Workers from other districts also reached here. Whose administration took 20 buses to their destination. District Magistrate Bhanuchandra Goswami said- the village heads have been asked to give information related to their respective villages.

Hardoi: 40 workers

quarantined 40 people from other states were quarantined for 14 days in primary school outside Itauli village in Dehat Kotwali area of absconding district. But they all fled. City Magistrate Jung Bahadur told- all were quarantined in view of security. Now action will be taken against all. 

CM Seeks Cooperation With 1.63 Lakh Activists

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also sought support from BJP organization to deal with Corona epidemic. He has given the responsibility of arranging food for 10 poor people every day by videoconferencing with the state workers. He also said that information about the relief package and other arrangements of the central and state government should also be shared with the people. CM has said that every booth president should contact 10 families in their village and mohalla to get one meal packet made from each house and distribute it to the needy. Also inform the administration of those coming from non-states.
