It is written in the message that they are being given credit for 7 days. After this, after selecting the offer, the customer can watch the channel for 7 days and on the eighth day the money will be deducted from their account. Tata Sky has launched this offer especially for existing customers. 

This offer is for a deactivated account. If customers are unable to recharge due to lockdown, then Tata Sky is sending the message to the registered mobile number of the customers. To get a 7-day loan, customers will have to make a missed call on 080-61999922. After this, customers will get a 7 day credit balance and on the eighth day the price will be cut from their balance for that number of days.
