New customers will get free broadband service for Work From Home

The corona virus is spreading fast in India, in which private companies have ordered their employees to work from home. Jio has made a big announcement under the work from home keeping in mind the needs of people working from home. Reliance Jio has launched the #CoronaHaaregaIndiaJeetega campaign under which the customers will be provided basic internet facilities at no charge.

Under this campaign, Reliance Jio will provide internet to its new customers at a speed of 10mbps for free, but this service will be available only in those areas where Jio Fiber service already exists. 

Jio has said that you will have to pay a nominal fee for the router, which will be refundable. Free service is currently available only to new customers. At the same time, the company is offering double data to existing customers, under which the user will get twice as much data on the current recharge.

Jio has said that only Rs 2,500 will be charged for the Wi-Fi router, out of which Rs 1,500 will be refundable. Keep in mind that this free service is only valid for new customers.
