Railways stopped all trains operating till 31 March in the country

This step has been taken to protect the general public from the rapid spread of corona infection. The trains of the country are normally crowded. All coaches are packed. In this case, the infection can spread very rapidly.
It is worth noting that earlier, all passenger trains were canceled from the night of Saturday 21 March to 10 PM on Sunday 22 March. At the same time, the Maharashtra government has stopped the local train service of Mumbai from 6 am to 31 March on 23 March Sunday. Only those involved with essential services will now be allowed to travel on the Mumbai local rail for the next 8 days.
