Holi 2020: Holi of these four cities of India is very special, once you see it

On festivals, people mostly like to spend with their home and family. However, there are some people who want to do something new in the desire for adventure. The special festival of Holi is celebrated with great pomp in India. Every city has a different style of celebrating it. Mathura-Vrindavan Holi

Holi is celebrated in a royal way by lighting a Holika. During this time a royal procession is taken from the royal residence at City Palace to Manek Chowk. The procession consists of well-dressed horses, elephants. The royal band plays the tune with the procession. Holi is celebrated here in a grand manner with Rajasthani song and music.

Holi of Anandpur Sahib

To enjoy Holi in Punjabi way, definitely reach Anandpur Sahib. Holi has a very different color to Punjab. Holi played at Anandpur Sahib began in 1701 as a Hola-Mohalla festival. In this festival people of Sikh community perform many tricks with wrestling, martial arts and swords. This year the festival will run from 20 to 24 March.

Holi of Shanti Niketan

To see a different color of Holi, definitely go to Shanti Niketan’s Holi in West Bengal. Holi of Gulal and Abir are played in Shanti Niketan in cultural and traditional style. This year the program will begin on 20 March. Holi is celebrated in West Bengal as a spring festival. It was started by the famous Bengali poet and Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore. In Holi played at Shanti Niketan, the students here organize many unique cultural programs for the visiting tourists. During this time people are also given color and gulaal. This festival has a special significance in the culture of Bengal.
