Unnao scandal: Kuldeep Sengar convicted in murder of victim’s father
The Tis Hazari court in Delhi on Wednesday convicted former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar in the murder of the father of the Unnao rape victim.

Earlier the charge of misdemeanor has also been proved and he is currently serving life imprisonment in Tihar Jail. It is known that the father of the woman with whom Sanger is serving a jail sentence for the rape, died in judicial custody on April 9, 2018.
It is noteworthy that in July 2019, two of the aunts of the victim were killed and the lawyer was seriously injured in the fatal incident of hitting the truck on the victim’s car. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the Supreme Court intervened and transferred the hearing of the case from Lucknow to Delhi.
In 2017, the rape incident was carried out by the victim of Unnao’s victim in 2017. A woman and another male were also accused in the case. The victim was a minor at the time of this incident.
