Confirm / New Hyundai Creta to launch on March 17, will be bolder than before; New 1.5-liter engine will be available
Hyundai will launch its new Creta 2020 next month i.e. on March 17. The company showcased this model at the recently concluded Auto Expo 2020. Some changes have been made to the interior and exterior of the car. Also, it will get a new BS6 engine. It is believed that its ex-showroom price can be from 10 to 16 lakh rupees.
Look will be bolder than before
The Hyundai Creta has been given a bolder look than before. It will get a new cascading front grille, which will come with a split headlamp setup and LED light clusters and DRLs. The bumpers will also get a new one, which will come with a Fox skid plate. It will get dual-tone alloy wheels.
However, Hyundai has not shared any details of its interior so far. However, according to the model shown in the expo, its interior will also be quite different from before. It will have a landscape oriented touchscreen system. There will be air con vents in Central. It is believed that the bluelink technology of the infotainment company can be found. With this, panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, automatic climate control and cooled seats will be available.
New 1.5-liter engine
An engine box similar to Celtos can be found in New Creta. That is, it has a 1.5-liter naturally-aspirated petrol engine, whose power is 115hp. This engine can get a 6-speed manual and automatic transmission. On the other hand, it can get a 1.5-liter turbo diesel engine, which will be equipped with a 6-speed manual gear box.
