Comedian Kapil Sharma asks Kartik Aaryan to lift Archana Puran Singh just like he lifted Sara Ali Khan.
The Kapil Sharma Show will welcome Bollywood stars Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan as guests this Sunday. They will be on the show to promote their upcoming movie Love Aaj Kal, which is slated to release on February 14.
Recently, Kartik Aaryan was seen lifting Sara Ali Khan during the promotions of Love Aaj Kal. In the promo shared the makers, Kapil Sharma challenges the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor to lift Archana Puran Singh just like he did Sara. Kartik readily complies. Kartik didn’t just lift Archana but also took a few rounds. After putting her down, exhausted Kartik was lying down on the floor
Kapil welcomed Sara and Kartik on the show and asked, “Kaisa chal raha hai aapka Love Aaj Kal.” After a pause he adds, “Ka promotion.” This left the audience in splits. Kapil tried to pull Kartik’s leg on the show. While questioning him on the romantic scenes in the film, he asks, “Kya aap director ke instructions ko follow kar rahe the ya naturally nikal raha tha.” Kartik gave a smart reply saying, “Sir, natural actor hoon main.”
A fun banter continued between Kapil, Kartik, and Sara when the actors went on to reveal some interesting Valentine’s Day memories from their childhood. Kapil shared how he used to secretly meet his childhood girlfriend in those days. He asked Kartik to reveal any ineresting incident or challenge that he ever faced to meet his girlfriend. Kartik recalled a funny moment from his childhood, shared, “Once on Valentine’s Day I went to meet my girlfriend at a restaurant, and was really anxious about getting caught by any family member or relative. We used to roam around a lot, but always had the fear of getting caught.” To which, Kapil commented, “This is true. I remember how we always had our answers ready.” Kartik further added, “A lot of times, I would address my then girlfriend as my cousin on getting caught.
