Indian Army Recruitment 2020 : Apply for 191 engineering posts till 20 February
Government Job : The Indian Army has asked for applications for 191 engineering posts for its technical course. The army will recruit men and women with engineering degrees through the ’55th SSC (Technical) Man Course’ and ’26th SSC (Technical) Woman Course’. All posts will be filled on the basis of Short Service Commission (SSC). This course will begin in October 2020. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online till 20 February.
Eligibility :
- BE / B.Tech degree holders in engineering subject related to any recognized university / institute can apply.
- Youth studying in the final year of the Bachelor of Engineering degree can also apply for the posts. Such candidates are required to pass by 01 October 2020.
Age Limit : Applicants should be between 20 to 27 years old. The candidate should have been born between 02 October 1993 to 01 October 2000 (including both dates). The age limit will be calculated on 01 October 2020.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on merit and numbers. Shortlisted candidates will be called for SSB interview.
- Selected candidates will be required to appear for Psychological Test, Group Test, and Interview at the Selection Center.
- This process of selection will last five days in two phases. Candidates who failed in the first phase will be disqualified.
- After this, the candidates will be appointed for training after being fully fit in the medical examination.
