After the BJP candidate Kapil Mishra in the Delhi Assembly elections, now the provocative rhetoric of Union Minister Anurag Thakur has come out. On which the Chief Electoral Officer of Delhi has summoned the report.

New Delhi: After BJP candidate Kapil Mishra in the Delhi Assembly elections, now provocative rhetoric of Union Minister Anurag Thakur has surfaced. On which the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Delhi has called the report.

Let me tell you that in a public meeting in support of BJP candidate from Rithala, Manish Chaudhary, Anurag Thakur encouraged the people who came in the election rally to chant a provocative slogan ‘who shoots traitors’. At the rally, the Minister of State for Finance said ‘traitors of the country’, to which the crowd said, ‘Shoot. In the public meeting, Anurag Thakur connected the opposition parties with the ongoing protest against the citizenship law in Shaheen Bagh and the alleged anti-national slogans and asked the crowd to raise controversial slogans. Anurag Thakur asked the crowd to raise the slogan in such a loud voice that Union Minister Giriraj Singh could hear its voice.

BJP candidate Manit Chaudhary from Rithala is considered close to Giriraj Singh. Anurag Thakur has come on target after raising controversial slogans from the crowd. Senior advocate and former leader of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Prashant Bhushan has said that such a person should be in jail, not in the cabinet. BJP finds similar ghettos in the cabinet.

Attacking the BJP, Kirti Azad, the head of the campaign committee of the Delhi Congress, said that the saffron party leaders are ‘real traitors’ who are working to disturb peace and harmony. This controversial slogan has been put up by junior leaders of BJP like Kapil Mishra, but for the first time, the party leader of the Union Minister level has participated in it.

Significantly, BJP candidate Kapil Mishra was dropped from the election campaign. BJP candidate Kapil Mishra from Model Town in Delhi had tweeted that India vs Pakistan match will be held on February 8. On this, the Election Commission expelled Kapil Mishra from campaigning for 48 hours. At the behest of Chief Electoral Officer Ranbir Singh, the Delhi Police has also filed an FIR against Kapil Mishra. It is alleged that tensions are being stirred up between the two communities by making this statement. Orders were also given to delete Kapil Mishra’s tweet.

Meanwhile, there is news that the returning officer of the Rithala Assembly has said that Anurag Thakur’s video has been found from the officer present there. BJP candidates were also present there when slogans were raised. Video is being investigated. Let us know that elections will be held in Delhi on February 8 and the counting of votes will be on February 11.
