Documents sought on behalf of Nirbhaya’s convicts have been made available by the jail administration. The lawyer appearing on behalf of the convicts said that some documents have been given at 10.30 pm last night. But the case diary of convict Vinay has not been given yet. The lawyer said that the case diary of 160 pages has not been found. Along with this, his medical report has also not been given and the document that Vinay was in Delhi Lok Nayak Hospital for 10 days has also not been found.
The lawyer for the convicts told the court, ‘I met Vinay soon but his health is not good. The jail administration is taking care of him but despite this his health is not good. The lawyer said that Pawan was beheaded in Jail number 14 Mandoli. This incident took place in September 2013, too, was not reported. At that time Pawan was admitted to the Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital. The lawyer alleged that Vinay has been given slow poison inside the jail. He had a fracture in his hand. Vinay’s condition is not good. It is also said that they are on strike for 7 days. Things will be cleared once the medical report arrives.

Vinay made 11 paintings and also wrote a 19-page ‘Darinda’ diary. The jail administration also presented the petting of the convict Vinay and his diary Darinda in court. After this, the court told the Tihar Jail that all documents should be given to the culprits. On this, the jail administration said that all documents have been handed over and with this the application was settled.
